As a parent in the Gunnison Valley, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find kid-friendly activities, events, and resources—especially when you’re new to the area or trying to plan for school breaks, weekends, or family outings. That’s why I created GunnisonValleyKids.com: a one-stop website to connect local families with everything happening for children in our community.
From summer camps and storytimes to sports sign-ups and seasonal events, this site will make it easy for families to discover opportunities for learning, play, and connection. It will also support local businesses and organizations by giving them a place to share what they offer for kids.
I’ve already done the groundwork, but I need your help to take it to the next level! Your donation will go directly toward:
- Further website design and development to include a tool to track what you’ve signed your kids up for, and what their friends are signed up for
- Enhancement to the events calendar and activity directory
- Ongoing maintenance and content updates to keep the site current and useful
